• Confirming Condition Precedents (CPs) at closing.
• Managing drawdowns under the facility.
• Calculating interest rate and payments under the loan.
• Receiving payments from the borrower and distribute to the lenders.
• Receiving compliance certificates from the borrower.
• Maintaining Lender’s register and manage transfers between lenders/additional lenders under the facility.
• Notifying lenders of any default/enforcement process.
